Community Emergency Response Training (CERT)

The Community Emergency Response Training (CERT) is accessible to individuals who are Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing (DDBHH). The accessible CERT training will prepare the DDBHH community to respond to an emergency situation in their area. Thank you to Volunteer Louisiana for collaborating with the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf (LCD) for making the CERT trainings accessible. Special Thanks to the leader of the Louisiana DDBHH Disaster Survivors Support Network group (Brandy Bordelon) for their collaboration and the community network support!

August 17th and August 18th at 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
