The Louisiana Commission for the Deaf participated in a virtual open forum hosted by the Louisiana Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf on October 22, 2025. During the forum, the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf shared important updates and information about the new minimum qualification standards for sign language interpreters working in Louisiana.
