The Louisiana Commission for the Deaf is proud to celebrate the successful completion of our second Louisiana Deaf Leadership Development (LD2) Program cohort. Over the past six months, participants engaged in leadership training, mentorship, and personal growth, completing the program with official certifications.
During the closing ceremony, participants shared stories that were both powerful and inspiring, leaving a lasting impact on everyone in attendance. Their dedication and hard work throughout the program reflect their commitment to becoming leaders of tomorrow.
As we conclude this cohort, we look forward to seeing each graduate carry the tools and knowledge gained from the program into their communities and future leadership roles. We are confident their positive influence will continue to grow.
